The Fulton Leadership Society (FLS) in the Carroll School of Management aims to provide students with an opportunity to engage in formative experiences to develop their leadership potential, intellectual curiosity, and orientation to serve their community. FLS also adds value to the larger CSOM and Boston College communities through multiple outward facing initiatives.

FLS strives to provide its members with insight into the business world while creating a community that helps students feel comfortable at BC and encourages them to pursue their academic and extracurricular interests across the university. Each of these goals is surrounded and supported by a commitment to fostering relationships within and between current classes and with alumni of Boston College and FLS.
